Public Comment Format
Public Comment Format: All meetings will begin at 4:30 pm. Meetings to include public comment will have a sign-up period from 4-4:30 PM preceding the meeting. The last 20 minutes of meeting will be reserved for comment, and time will be divided based upon the number of people to sign up prior to start of meeting.
